The Brick & Mortar District (under construction) will be the gathering place for all of northern Hays County. It is located in Kyle, Texas, at the heart of the Plum Creek development (a 2,200-acre master planned community with 5,000+ existing homes, an award-winning golf course and parks, and over 2 million square feet of commercial development with millions more to come). It is just 20 minutes south of downtown Austin and 12 miles north of Texas State University in San Marcos.

Kyle is one of the fastest growing cities in all of Texas and is poised to be the largest city in Hays County. It is at the epicenter of the “Texas Innovation Corridor” which runs from Austin to San Antonio and the surrounding counties. it is where a strong workforce, industrial space, and local support converge.

The city has two main transportation arteries running through it – Interstate 35 and MoPac Rail Line
